Terms and Conditions for “Win 2 Tickets to KTM Motohall” Competition

1. Introduction

Welcome to the “Win 2 Tickets to KTM Motohall” competition (the “Competition”). By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Organizer

The Competition is organized by KTM London (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Organizer and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition.
  • Participants must have a valid email address to enter and must be subscribed to the mailing list.

4. How to Enter

  • Entry to the Competition is via email signup only. To enter, participants must submit their name and email address through the designated signup form provided by us.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Timing

  • The Competition commences on 16/02/2024 and ends on 19/02/2024 (the “Competition Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.

6. Prize

  • The prize is 2 tickets to KTM Motohall (“Prize”).
  • The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • By entering this Competition, participants agree that any personal information provided with the Competition entry may be held and used by the Organizer or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.

9. Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond the Organizer’s control.

10. Changes to the Terms and Competition

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control.

11. Agreement

  • By entering this Competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
